Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the sales and property management functions of the real estate business. The CSR acts as the first point of contact for prospective buyers and existing clients-handling inquires, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial contact to post-sale service.

پاسخگویی به مشتریان از طریق تلفن، ایمیل، شبکه‌های اجتماعی یا حضوری

ثبت، پیگیری و حل مشکلات و شکایات مشتریان در اسرع وقت

ارائه اطلاعات دقیق درباره املاک موجود، شرایط فروش ، متراژ، موقعیت مکانی و امکانات

هماهنگی بین مشتری و مشاوران برای بازدید از املاک

Requirements

Essential Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills (Dari, Pashto) are crucial for effectively interacting with clients.
A good understanding of the real estate industry helps agents provide accurate and valuable information.
A client-driven, positive attitude is essential for building rapport and addressing customer needs.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in computer systems for logging information and managing customer relationships.

Job Requirement:

Fluent in Dari/Pashto and must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
Motivated self-starter
Office work experience
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment is crucial
Capable of typing 45+ words per minute necessary
Telemarketing experience is a plus
Minimum education high school
