Job Description

Research and identify potential funding opportunities from foundations, government agencies, corporations, and other donors.
Write high-quality, persuasive grant proposals, concept notes, donor reports, and letters of inquiry.
Collaborate with program, finance, and communications teams to gather relevant information for proposals and reports.
Maintain a calendar of grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting schedules.
Develop and maintain a library of boilerplate content and standard proposal components.
Track donor engagement and ensure timely follow-ups and acknowledgments.
Contribute to the development of fundraising strategies and donor stewardship plans.
Prepare materials for donor meetings and presentations, including pitch decks, brochures, and case studies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Development, Nonprofit Management, English, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.


· Proven experience (3+ years) in grant writing and fundraising for nonprofits, NGOs, or similar organizations.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Strong research and analytical abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

· Familiarity with donor databases, CRM tools, or fundraising platforms is an advantage.
