Eligibility Requirements
1. Age Requirement: Applicants must be under 35 years old at the time of application.
2. Student Status: Applicants must be international graduate students enrolled at a Taiwanese university.
3. Application Process: Applications must be submitted through the University's Office of International Affairs; direct submissions to the Foundation are not accepted.
4. Rotary Affiliation: Applicants who are Rotarians, direct descendants of Rotarians, or Rotaractors are not eligible.
5. Scholarship Exclusivity: Recipients cannot receive another scholarship during the award period.
Scholarship Benefits
1. Financial Support:
- Doctoral candidates: NT$180,000 per year
- Master's students: NT$135,000 per year
2. Expenses Covered:
- Tuition
- Books
- Accommodation
- Living expenses
3. Disbursement:
- Monthly payments from January to June 2026
