About the Scholarship
The Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) offers scholarships to talented international students pursuing undergraduate (Bachelor's) degrees. These scholarships cover tuition fees and provide a stipend for living expenses, supporting students in their academic pursuits at one of Korea's premier institutions.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Neither parent is a Korean citizen
2. Korean-origin candidates must have completed all primary and secondary education outside of Korea
3. Dual or single Korean citizens are not eligible as international students
4. Alternatively, applicants who have graduated or will graduate from a Korean school are eligible to apply
Scholarship Benefits
1. Full tuition fee: tuition exemption for 8 semesters
2. Living expenses: 350,000 KRW per month
3. Medical Health insurance
Application Process
1. Create an account on the KAIST application platform through the scholarship's website.
2. Complete the online application form and save your progress.
3. Pay the application fee (non-refundable).
4. Upload required documents.
5. Ensure your recommender submits a letter of recommendation via email from KAIST.
