EDiSU Pavia Scholarship 2025/26 for International Students at the University of Pavia

The EDiSU Pavia Scholarship provides financial support for international, EU, and Italian students enrolled at the University of Pavia at all levels (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, and non-medical Specialization Schools) for the 2025/26 academic year. Funded by the European Union (Next Generation EU), the Ministry of University and Research, and Lombardy Region, the scholarship aims to guarantee the right to education through financial aid, free meals, housing support, and additional mobility and disability assistance. Awards are distributed based on academic merit, income conditions, and student status (on-site, commuting, off-site, or in EDiSU housing).

Open to Italian, EU, and international students.

Available for:

Bachelor’s degree (up to 7 semesters).

Single-cycle Master’s degree (program duration + 1 semester).

Master’s degree (up to 5 semesters).

PhD programs (standard duration, if not already funded by another PhD grant).

Non-medical Specialization Schools.

Students with ≥66% disability may apply even if beyond regular duration.

Must not hold a degree equal or higher than the applied program.

Cannot receive another scholarship from public/private institutions in the same academic year.

Final enrollment at the University of Pavia must be completed by 14 November 2025.

On-Site Students: €2,114 – €3,383 total

Commuting Students: €3,254 – €4,754 total

Off-Site Students (Private Housing): €5,776 – €8,134 total

Off-Site Students (EDiSU College): €5,916 – €8,274 total (includes housing)

Supplements:

Female STEM students: +20%

Double degree students: +20%

Students with disabilities: up to +40%

Mobility Grants: €600/month (max 10 months) + €100 (EU) / €500 (non-EU) travel refund

Meals: 1 free meal/day (or equivalent cash if no canteen available).

Foreign/Italian students abroad must send original documents by mail or in-person to EDiSU Pavia – via Sant’Ennodio 26, 27100 Pavia, Italy.

Confirm enrollment at the University of Pavia by 14 November 2025.

Notify EDiSU of any changes (transfer, employment, or family income changes).
